My name is LeeAnna, and I am 24 years old.

My mother raised my older brother and myself, working endless dead end jobs to make ends meet.  Now she is disabled, and has been for over six years.  And for six years, she has pleaded for help to anyone that she could, and she’s been denied & stepped on constantly.  She has been in the hospital more times than I can recall over the years, but that isn’t enough.

I’m afraid my mom won’t live to see her grandchildren.
She is only 48.  She doesn’t deserve this.

I’m terrified.

We are the 99%…
