My father was fired from the job he held for *41* years for “Insubordination” only six months before his retirement

My mother should have retired 4 years ago, but she works a full time job to cover her health insurance and cancer medication which costs $400.00/month.

I am lucky my husband has a decent job because before I was on his health insurance my coverage  denied normal, annual GYN visits because “"Being a woman is a pre existing condition.”

And we are the lucky ones!!

I would be in the street protesting if I did not have a five year old son with special needs who *needs me.*

We are the 99 percent.

I vote. I care. I do my part to take care of the environment. I live debt free. I am a citizen, not a consumer.
