I am a lawyer who borrowed over $200,000 in student loans to get through law school. Student loans are one of few debts that can not be discharged in bankruptcy.

After three years of full time lawyering, I have not been able to afford one student loan payment; I cannot afford health insurance; and my wife is having our first baby. I have not been able to find a job at a law firm with benefits.

I am the 99 percent.
