I live with my girlfriend. She has to choose between working full time, and getting herself an education. We are the lucky ones. At least we are surviving. Though I know that if my lose my job, we won’t be able to stay here. I’ve sold off a lot of my possessions, and this month, we weren’t able to be payed in full. We are behind on rent. We are behind on bills. My girlfriend has needed to see the dentist for several months, and we can’t afford to go. I hid my face because I am afraid to risk a coworker recognizing me and jeopardizing my job.
