Because the only health care I was able to afford, would not pay for the surgery I needed to repair my leg or for a doctor to take care of my spine, I have been wheelchair bound, needlessly, for well over 2 years. This has cost me job, my home, my health, and my freedom to even leave my home with out assistance. the only good news I received the year was that I finally got approved for disability, but I have to pay the premiums with the very small social security disability money I get, and will not be able to use it to pay my rent. My only hope is that I will be repaired and get back to looking for work.
