We are the 99 percent. We are getting kicked out of our homes. We are forced to choose between groceries and rent. We are denied quality medical care. We are suffering from environmental pollution. We are working long hours for little pay and no rights, if we're working at all. We are getting nothing while the other 1 percent is getting everything. We are the 99 percent.

My dad leaves for works every morning before I get up, and comes home after I go to sleep. My sister is in college on a yearly $58,000 scholarship, which is the only thing keeping her in school. I found out yesterday that she’s not going to be able to get the education she wants because she can’t afford it. I’m only sixteen, and my life revolves around job applications that are always rejected, and a future that probably just won’t happen.
We are the 99%.
