* In 2008, I took a summer break from pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

*Because of the recession, my school changed their allowed student loan providers from Citibank to Merrill Lynch.

*Merrill Lynch refused my student loan application <u>because</u> I had $50K in student loan debt.

* I was 2 semesters away from completing my degree.

*An accident forced me to seek “work at home.”

*Because of the recession, I had to freelance & compete with overseas providers who charged $0.05 for every dollar I needed.

*I had to keep doing this because I could not afford babysitting.

*I sold my car to pay my rent.

*I have used up all chances to put off my student loans and they are going into default.

I am the 99 percent.
