We are the 99 percent. We are getting kicked out of our homes. We are forced to choose between groceries and rent. We are denied quality medical care. We are suffering from environmental pollution. We are working long hours for little pay and no rights, if we're working at all. We are getting nothing while the other 1 percent is getting everything. We are the 99 percent.

I can’t afford to get a job. If I did, I would lose my pell grant (for making too much money) and not be able to to go school. I feel so bad because I know that I should get a job, but between buying food, rent, and utilities I would never be able to afford school. I am the 99%, and I want to work, but I’ve been backed into a corner.
